Nice journal.
Bought this for myself a few years ago and I like it so much that I purchased it again for a friend that is suffering through some grief. Nice book, good guidance and can skip through to other sections to find something that resonates with you.

So grateful I came across this journal
I’m moving at a small pace, my mom only passed away a couple of weeks ago and everything is just really upside down. But the advice and comfort it gives is priceless.Best Buy ever

Great, supportive resource
The only book I’ve read since my husband’s death that actually helped was the author’s other book, “It’s okay that you’re not okay,” so I thought I’d give this one a try.The content is very similar, which is fine, but it has way more activities than I expected. It reminds me of an activity book I loved when I was a kid, so it puts me in a good mindset. The illustrations are great, the ideas are great and it gives me something to do that both feels at least sort of productive and that I actually want to do, and have the mental capacity for. After 9 months of mostly scrolling or watching tv or the ceiling, this is pretty amazing.
