I bought a pair of shoes that rubbed the back of my heel! I purchased these heel protectors and put them in my shoes——I don’t feel anymore rubbing or pain! Highly recommend!

It is good selection of colors, material is soft and comfortable, but it didn’t stay inside when my son’s foot started to sweat. The piece moved all the way out and he had to remove and ended up with blisters.

I purchased shoes that were .5 too small for my feet and they were leather so it was really hurting the back of my foot. I put these cushions on the back and now it feels completely fine and so much more comfortable to walk in! I don’t have any pain anymore, I’m so glad I got these I love how they come in three different colors to always match what shoes you have!

The "cushion" part flattened completely by the end of one day of wearing them in my shoes. Like most CHEAP items on AMAZON, these are total crap. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND RESORCES. JUNK JUNK JUNK

Wore on my wedding day. Perfect. Allowed me to wear my heels in comfort for hours.

Sticky enough but quite thin. More of just a protection like a band aid to avoid calluses. Will not completely increase tightness if you are looking to make a loose heel tighter to fit.

These come off so easily, it becomes a real pain !
