Nongshim Kimchi Noodle Soup, 4.2 Ounce (Pack of 16)

This is absolutely delicious and healthy. My family has been eating it daily with seaweed. Was so happy that it was on ebt and we ordered very many so far each month. I am terribly disappointed it has been taken off of ebt eligibility. Please put it back. That's only way we can eat during pandemic..and this is quick,easy, filling, healthy as we constantly look for remote work to care for our family during these hard times. Lost everything, including car during pandemic and this and other amazon products ebt eligibility have been a life saver. Please please put these back to availability. Thank you

When I was a kid, my dad was stationed in South Korea and we lived there with him. There was a small, greasy spoon type restaurant that served Korean food on post, and I would always get ramen with chicken and cheese. I was ten at the time.Since moving back to the states, I’ve been desperate to recreate that simple ramen dish on my own, and couldn’t really do it for about a decade. I found a pack of this at a grocery store in the “global foods” section and figured I’d give it a go.I don’t think this is exactly what they used, but, with the chicken and cheese mixed in, it’s pretty dang close. I’m obsessed with this stuff now! I skip the dried kimchi flakes though, the texture is kind of weird to me.I was able to make this box last about three months, eating about one packet twice a week, so the value is pretty good. I’ve recently ordered a second box and I’m anxious for it to arrive!

As the title says, If you like Bowl Noodle's Spicy Kimchi Soup you'll like this! I was looking for an affordable version as the bowls tend to be about $1 per bowl which- if you're on a budget - those can be pricey. The flavor is so good and delicious! The noodles are thicker than your traditional instant ramen package and it comes with real kimchi pieces! I highly recommend this! I typically boil hot water then put it all together in a bowl then stick it in for 2 minutes on high in the microwave or until the noodles are where I like them. They're my favorite ramen by far.

This stuff really is great, so I keep buying it. Still lots of sodium, but no trans-fat or MSG. Almost all the kinds from Nongshim are spicy to some degree, and this is as well. I normally add two eggs in while cooking and it really adds in some good volume and nutrition. The eggs do draw out some of the flavor, so I also add Sriracha sauce to bring the flavor back up. I wish I could describe the taste better than spicy. The broth seems hearty and the noodles are definite step above the cheap ramen. The amount you get is more actual meal sized than the small, cheap packs of ramen. Well worth a try!

This noodle soup is delicious!It arrives in Korean packaging rather than English packaging as pictured, and it's a bit spicier than the version that I purchase at the supermarket. This is perfect to me, as I love the heat of kimchi. It comes with two seasoning packets, including a broth packet and a dried kimchi packet. Super easy to make and delicious enough to eat every day :)

Received it this morning, and be a lunch today, just like it say made in u.s, and taste like Korea. the noodle quality just fine, little soft than Nongshim noodle, don't need cook too much time only 3 ~ 4 mins, but i thought nongshim noodle be better. the soup taste good, not as spicy as nongshim does, the kimchi package only litte bit dry kimchi, i put some cabbage inside ,after cook, they taste like real kimchi, lol. may try another flavor.

I could swear this stuff used to come with bigger chunks of dried kimchi. Now you'd have a hard time picking out what's actually kimchi in the bowl after it cooks. But if you have access to someone who makes real kimchi then adding some to this makes it perfect.Or buy some kimchi at your local grocer's (the Jewel stores in the midwest actually have some).There's 2 other ones that comes in a bowl. One tastes similar to this and the other tastes fantastic. That's because it has MSG.Right before you finish all the noodles, try adding a couple spoons of rice and eat with a spoon. Makes it a bigger meal and for me is the best part.

We love this stuff. Eat it about once a week. We used to each eat one, but splitting it in half and adding an sesame seed oil, sriracha, egg, cheese and various meats has improved our enjoyment of it.

Bought these super excited to try them. But I just reviewed my order, shipping and handling was $87!! Nearly double what the product itself cost. SUPER EXPENSIVE. won't be buying again.
