The 4 templates can be converted into sand and sequin sparkling pictures by sticking coloured sand, sequins and sparkle. The pictures can be framed and displayed Terracotta pots- 6, Adhesive -2 Glitter: 2 ( gold & silver ) - 2 Picture templates - 4 Sand: 8 colours - 8 Sequins: 6 colours -6 , Spatula:1 1.Apply glue carefully to the pot. The glue needs to be applied patch by patch in a predefined area where the sand needs to be layered. 2.Sprinkle sand (in single or mixed colours) on the patch where the glue has to be applied. 3.Remove excess sand by tapping the pot. Sprinkle more sand till the desired thickness of the layer is achieved. You can press the layered sand with the spatula provided. 4.Repeat the above method on other areas till it is layered as per your design. The pots shown on the box-cover can serve as leads. 5.Now layer some areas as per your design with sequins. Apply glue carefully. on the area patch by patch where the sequins need to be stuck. Stick sequins on the gummed area with the help of the spatula using the pointed end. The sequins are used in the design where you want to contrast the dull effect of sand. You can use colours as per your design. 6.Adding and mixing gold or silver glitter to the coloured sand can help in obtaining amazing & sparkling results. 7.You can complete the other pots with the same or other designs Create your own beautiful pots using geometric, floral, abstract… or any other designs. After selecting your picture from the 4 templates provided in this kit decide which parts of the picture you would like to fill in with sand and those which you would like to do up with sequins. Larger inset areas are filled in with sand and smaller areas are highlighted with sequins. Again the colour combinations follow a natural choice of lighter shades for sand and bright colours in the picture for the sequins. You can use the finished pictures shown on the box cover as leads. The templates provided show pictures of a peacock, a bouquet of flowers in a vase and a macaw. 1.Select a pre-determined area of the picture. Apply glue. 2.If the area needs sand, sprinkle sand (of the appropriate colour) on the glued area using the small plastic funnel if the area is very small. Gently apply a little pressure using the flat end of the spatula provided in the kit. 3.Remove the excess sand by tapping the picture. 4.Repeat steps 1-3 in other areas where sand of other colours is required. 5.Now select areas where you would like to fill in with sequins. Apply gum over the target area. 6.Stick sequins (carefully and firmly) with colours of your choice with the help of the spatula using the pointed end of the spatula. 7.Repeat steps 5-6 in other areas meant for sequins. 8.Using the same technique decorates the other pictures. 9.Use glitter powder mixed with sand to give the pictures a sparkling look.
