Good Supplements to Help Sleep
I love taking these for my nighttime restful nights, they work grandly for a calming effect, they seem to work out nicely, and they are a perfect and grand sleep aid. I really like these; I may buy more very soon.

Stopped my night sweats and hot flashes
Best thing ever for my hot flashes and night sweats!!! Helps rebalance the vasomotor system for me. Small capsules. Zero side effects. Helps my anxiety too, it seems. Ordering more for me and now some for my dog. Apparently great for dog anxiety. Good quality product.

Panick attacks and anxiety
First of all this is more for when you having anxiety and or panick attack. Not to sleep. I've been taking them as need it when i have panick attacks or anxiety. Helps me a LOT after about 30 to 40 minutes i feel normal again. I always keep them in my bag. It does not make me sleppy at all. I will keep buying

Left Me Feeling Groggy
Over the last few months, I've been having sleep issues. No problems falling asleep but when I wake up in the middle of the night, cannot fall back to sleep which has made for some very long days at work. After some research, found these passion flower pills can help. Unfortunately, they did not work for me and instead, left me feeling groggy and even more tired than when I would wake up too early naturally. My eyes felt heavy with a slight burning sensation, like being in a smoke filled room for several hours. After three groggy days and briefly falling asleep in my car during one of my breaks, I stopped taking them. I had anticipated the possibility of feeling groggy since some other reviews mentioned it. It seems reactions can be different depending on your own body so I can't really fault the product for how it made me feel, I just know it did not do what I had hoped. I will be seeking other methods to help with my sleep pattern.

Great product and great price
Passion flower extract has all kinds of different benefits but I get it mainly because when I start feeling a little anxiety, I take just half a capsule and it's gone very fast. I love this stuff and it's a great brand as well.
