Set had weak battery which company replaced and working fine! They stood behind their product.

These are the absolute worst! The right side works for about all of 2 minutes then goes dead. I’ve tried charging and still nothing. I went to use these yesterday as they were fully charged but yet again the right side wouldn’t work and kept blinking red. Waste of money don’t buy, this is my second pair and I’m done!!

Excellent pairing, a little weak on bass but, over all very nice.

Not the worst, probably, but far from great. These earbuds work well enough in quiet environments, but noise canceling is barely adequate for outside use.Battery life is far from "up to 7 hours" -- when in ANC mode, I get around 4-5 hours at best until they start beeping every 10 or so seconds to tell you that their batteries are low.When placed in the charging case, they don't always connect to the charging contacts securely, and more than once I've found my phone was still paired to at least one of them, while the case was closed.When they turn on, they beep. Then they say, "Welcome to Altec Lansing." Then they beep again to signal that they paired to the phone. Since I never manage to pick them up both at precisely the same time, the beeps and the voice announcement are somewhat out of sync. I've taken to just holding them in my hands until I'm sure they're done with the beeping and booping, before actually wearing them.Touch control is spotty. I sometimes need to try the triple-tap on the left bud three or four times before the buds agree to turn on noise canceling.Overall, the user experience is far from polished.

I got because my DH loved his. But battery wasn't right, wouldn't fully charge and die in a couple hours. Working with Altec for the warranty was easy enough so I returned. Got a new pair and it was even worse. Waste of money and time.

I bought these to replace my lost Altec Tru Evo+ that I had, these are the third Altec product that I own and love. (I also have the Lifejacket Jolt waterproof speaker). They're great quality for a fraction of the cost.

I am not sure about the noise cancelling function. It doesn't seem to do much. I am pleased with the comfort of wearing them. They are secure in my ear which is why I wanted them and the sound is good.
