Revitalising
These are worth the money in my opinion. The sachets sreeasy to open and can withstand being packed at the bottom of your bag. Also, there small enough to put in your phone case or wallet for emergencies. There's about a tablespoon of electrolyte powder in each sachet which easily dissolves. The taste is not bad at all, however, it's not to die for. If you take one while doing enduring work or exercise you'll really notice the vitamins revitalise you. Definitely good for giving you a second wind of energy when you need it.

Lockdown Remedy
The reason I've given this 4 stars is because I never really know how to judge how hydrated I currently am, so I have nothing to compare how hydrated I am after having one.I bought these as someone on telly suggested them as a good idea to take before and after you have a few bevvies, which a lot of us have been doing during lockdown. It's a well known student cheat apparently.I looked at some of the supposedly scientific hydration drinks that cost a fortune, and they seemed to be water with these ingredients in, and some of their own flavourings, and then some nonsense ingredient used to differentiate it from the next product.The price is cheap enough for this, and generally I drink one a day in the morning after a Berocca. Pint of Berocca, pint of this stuff, and Vitamin D and I've been fairing really well. My constitution has been as strong as an Ox, so I just crack on with one a day.No ill effects anyway.

Takes the edge off hangovers
I bought these as part of my continuing quest to find a hangover prevention/cure. A cure continues to elude me but these do help to take the edge off if taken before a planned session and before going to bed. No idea what they are like for other uses. Taste is gentle if stirred well. If you don’t stir it some of salt sinks so it gets saltier the further down the glass you get which isn’t great with a hangover. A good stir reduces the salty edge to the taste
