My son asked for a gamer room and what room would be complete without a gamer chair? He loves it and says it's very comfy. It was missing some hardware when we got it, but the company did reply in a relatively timely fashion and sent the parts quickly. I was able to get it assembled in time for his surprise, so overall the experience was acceptable and the quality of the chair was well worth the pia factor.

I recently had the pleasure of trying out the N-Gen chair, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations in every way.

First impressions. It is a nice chair so far and you can get it to a comfort level you like. At least I did. To bad the lumbar pillow doesn't stay in place. I think some velcro is in order for that. Seems well made even if it is plastic. I weigh 265 and it holds me just fine so far. I put roller blade type wheels on the bottom so it does roll around much much better. I had put them on my old stool and as they are almost universal they fit this chair as well. Over all I like the chair and it is a good bargain at the price point offered. The cons and now for the bad part. I don't know said the chair goes together in 15 minutes but I call B S on that. At best 30 minutes and that is with help. Why did I need help. Because as others have stated, it is almost impossible to line the arm rest and back rest holes. I held things in place so my wife could start the allen head screws. If not for that alignment issue it may well take only 15 minutes. It was a fight to line them up. If some how someone gets lucky and they do line up more power to you. ODDS are high they won't from all the reviews about it and my own experience. The other cons is don't trust the color from the posted images. The grey one must have been contrast enhanced a few times . It shows a nice high contrast between the greys. Let me tell it is not nearly as much and they almost blend in the same as one solid grey chair. It does not look at all like the posted sales image. Others may look true to the image but the grey isn't even close. It still looks very nice though.Over all at this point I can say I'd buy this chair again.I will update with images later. If anything happens and or changes I will update that also.

If you have a gamer in the house they would like this chair. Only complaint is it doesn’t wheel around as smoothly as I thought it would but is still comfortable and a quality chair.

I am not going to lie I was a little nervous when the package arrived but the setup was so easy! My son loves his chair.

Decent chair. I didn't read enough on it before buying so was a little upset that it didn't have recline tilt but that's just my own fault. The entire chair having tilt kinda made up for it. The headrest could be a little taller. The fabric ripped shortly after coming in contact with the desk any time I spun around. Not a big deal as a piece of tape covered the rip and protected it form ripping further. Unfortunately, the arm rests lost their padding within a few months of use, and the staples holding the upholstery poked through and started to poke my arm any time I put pressure on the armrests. Finally, just inside of a year the metal plate holding the top of the chair to the feet and air piston sheared off and almost broke in two completely, after a headache of a few days of emailing and trying and failing to file a claim on their site, on amazon, and with the protection plan I bought for it. They finally (through amazon) reluctantly replaced my chair which was supposed to still be under factory warranty. And which I'd paid extra for a protection plan.All in all I like the chair. The company behind it however I would NEVER buy from again. And will definitely be doing much more research about the chair, the return policy, and the company, before purchasing even on amazon in the future. Although, with the knowledge I have, and take extra care, I bet I can make this next chair last a little more than a year. Pros and cons. hope this helps someone.
