this is exactly as it says, not super fine ... i like to crumble into yogurt. a wonderful colour and taste and well packaged with a ziplock seal for keeping fresh.

Lovely color to my dishes, I wish it had a more pronounced taste of pink pitaya. The vibrant hue is fantastic, but a hint of the pitaya's natural flavor would take it to the next level. Nonetheless, it remains a versatile option for those prioritizing visual appeal in their culinary creations.

maybe a bit pricey but sachet does last a fair time. Once opened can be sealed again, but powder does form into lumps - not a problem but good to be aware of

The flavour is good but the packagyis enormous for 100g, it will be hard to get most of it out as it's sticky. It also is in very hard dense clumps. Not good for space used in my cupboard, and I don't understand why it cones in a package big enough for x15 the amount? I get why crisps are packaged like that, air to protect it, but why this?? Surely it's not cost effective?
