Great product but price is inflated
The product is great but the price on Amazon is too expensive it is available in the the market for 7k to 7.5k.... Amazon price of 19k is ridiculous.

Don't buy this from Amazon guys too expensive.
The price of this product is costly on Amazon. Don't waste extra 3-4 k when u can get similar for 7-8k in the market or on any other website.

You need to pay for a monthly app subscription to use this!
I bought this in late 2021 and did not use until March 2022. It worked fine the first couple of times I used it and I was happy with it's overall function. Then for some reason the next couple of times I tried using it -it wouldn't work all. I google it and apparently you need to download the app to use it and now pay a subscription fee! Plus they want all your privacy details when you download the app... This is not on - as all I wanted was to use a stabilisesr without the use of an app.

It's not as great as the Smooth Q 3-Axis
I so dislike that this gimbal every now and then tilts down or spins. It doesn't always stay where I have it facing. I prefer my Smooth Q 3-Axis gimbal. That is a reliable gimbal. Except my cell phone is a bit to heavy for it.
