Used as a base layer and wore my regular jeans over it. Kept me warm from 0 to minus fourteen degrees with just two layers. When temperature fell to -20 degrees I felt cold. Definitely kept me warmer than other brand of thermal wear. Fit too is good. I purchased sizes L(amazon) and M(store) both fit me fine. Same product got from Amazon at good discount .Delivery was fast received same day.
