I just Ordered it and used it for the first time and not only was it easy to use but really comfortable too. I’ve only seen it leak a little from the bottom part but not really a concerning amount. Overall I like It!

It's exactly what I wanted, it does leak a little where the parts connect but it gets the job done.

This enema douche comes with a small manual and two pieces: a silicone nozzle and a silicone bulb. The nozzle is packaged inside the bulb, likely to conserve space. Properly screwing the silicone nozzle into the bulb in place is a little rough and requires a bit of force due to friction.The manual describes how to use the product on a real anus. However, I mainly bought it to clean artificial ones, specifically the insides of sex dolls. I haven’t used it on a real anus, nor do I intend to.I used the enema douche to apply soapy water to the inside of a sex doll which had the appearance of a woman’s lower torso. It did a good job of letting me squirt soapy water deep inside of it. But even after draining it, I still felt the doll’s internal cavity wasn’t entirely clean, so I still felt compelled to stick its orifice under a running bath faucet like I always do, and that seemed to do the trick. Though I suppose the enema douche helped.All in all, despite its imperfections, I give this product five stars.

I decided to upgrade from my small douche with a hard plastic tip to a larger bulb with a silicone tip and found this product. I really liked the idea of the anti-backflow tip but it made the product unusable. The water flow is extremly weak and you need to use a lot of pressure to even get a small stream. It is also nearly impossible to spray any water without the bulb filling up with air. Another problem with this bulb is the screw on tip. The screw part is silicone and it’s not a tight fit causing water to spray everywhere creating a huge mess. Edited: Water leaks out of the air valve every time you touch it. Have to hold it with a towel to not have water running down my hand. Air valve allows bulb to take in air, which then goes into your butt unless you squeeze it out and hold it squeezed until you're done. Why let air in at all? What purpose can it possibly serve? Here's how I fixed this half-adequate design:1. Squirt drops of superglue into the air valve. Allow to cure.3. Bulb no longer leaks from the bottom or fills my butt up with air. Perfect. It's a small portable size. The nozzle is not outrageously big making it easy to slide in.
