First off the reason the vitamins that are in this are important is because they definitely aid in anti-aging. Vitamin c and e are probably the most important of the bunch since both play large role in your body's ability to heal wounds (IE acne marks!) and generate new collagen production, which in turn gives skin a more youthful look. D3 is important because most people don't get enough sun these days, so we lack that glow UV rays give us (taking vitamin d wont age you though like uva rays will!). As for vitamin a, it's important for many different things. Some report a decrease in acne just from taking it alone.Now, the reason I bought these were NOT because of those being included. They're just an added bonus. What I bought these for are the phytoceramides. As you age your body ages, it produces less ceramides in the skin. Skin loses its elasticity and starts to sag. Wrinkles form. Incorporating the right supplements (such as these) and proper skincare can do wonders. It's better to prevent aging than it is to correct it so start as soon as you can would be my best advice.

IT's been a week and so far my nails are hard, and my hair seems to be that much more shiny. So, I'd say it's working. I'm in my mid 30's so I can use all the beauty help I can get. IT's crazy how much things change in your 30's. Brittle, thinning hair has been my introduction to the 30's....so supplements here I come.!!
