TrueTherapy Ceramide + Moisturizing Cream for Dry Skin

I am writing this review so that someone else like me can benefit from this product and can get out of the misery of frequent reactions on their sensitive skin. I have an extremely (can't stress enough) sensitive skin (especially my cheekbones and chin) and it used to stay dry, flaky, red. Doctor put me on steroid (mometasone) and i was using it for years but it could only fix things for few days and then my skin would be back to its bad state. I was so fed up that i decided to take allergy test. Nothing much came out of it but my allergist said i have a very sensitive and eczema prone skin and it requires good moisturizer. (I also tend to breakout occasionally so can't use thick creams either). She recommended me this product and said it is non-comedogenic and should help with dry, flakiness of the skin. That should automatically take redness away. Parallely she also said my vitamin D levels are extremely low, which can also cause skin to flareup. So i started taking vit D supplements regularly as well. Now my skin looks very good, plumpy, zero redness and flakiness. It has changed my life. btw i tried other expensive creams as well by brands drunk elephant, tatcha etc. They didn't fix the problem rather drunk elephant flared my skin up and i had to immediately take dermatologist appointment. It took weeks for the flare up to go away. I strongly recommend trying this product if you have skin issues like mine

Shortly after moving across the country I started to develop horrible episodes of eyelid dermatitis. The itching and burning were awful! The swelling would get so bad my eyelids could barely open. I went to the doctor, tried steroid creams (gave me a chemical burn), antibiotics (before we figured out is was dermatitis) and half-a-dozen products from all organic to expensive dermatology creams. This is the only product that has worked for me! I almost didn't try this product because of the price and I was assuming it would fail like all the others I had tried. So happy I decided to try it! Amazing product! No more eyelid dermatitist -- started to clear up after using for 4 days. Thank you!

It's a good product ,just not value for amt.per ounce.

I have contact allergies and am very limited in what I can use on my skin. Everything in the Cheryl Lee MD line has worked well for me. I don't like this product as much as the ointment, but for use during the day, it's a lot less greasy. Over time, I've noticed my skin is actually stronger and seems to recover more quickly from flares. I suspect the ceramides are responsible for that.

I have a lot of contact allergies and terrible eczema. This is one of the few cream lotions that I can use. It works wonderfully and doesn't cause any reaction. My face feels very moisturized. I will definitely buy again.

This worked no better than Cerave but is a lot more expensive. In fact it is greasier. I have trouble using Cerave because something in it stings my skin slightly. So was looking for an alternative.

I bought this product because I have allergies to several ingredients that are found in typical eczema creams. This product does contain great ingredients, has the correct ratio of ceramides, and does hydrate skin although it appears to lack an occlusive to hold in the hydration. I've added this cream to a long list of creams that does not stop my DE from turning my hands into dry, cracked, painful, red skin despite how much I moisturize.

This thing might legit cure eczema which is pretty amazing. Either way it's the best moisturizer on the market. It works on the feet, it works on the face. It doesn't feel too greasy, it doesn't smell like anything. I don't think I'll be buying anything else as I'm not sure it's possible to top this product. Do yourself a favor and ignore the price for a second.
