Brach's Sugar Free Lemon Drops Hard Candy, 4.5 oz

i got these for my roommate who loves lemon heads but tries to keep a strict sugar free diet when shes not on keto. it was her birthday and i wanted to give her something cute like a snack. so we shared the bag and i have to say its not like what you would expect of a lemon candy. its sweet on the outside and then sour on the inside instead of sour then sweet like the traditional lemon head. still very delicious. super tasty and i might buy it again as another treat for someone in the future but its a little pricey to be buying often for the amount that you get in the bag.

Sometimes you just want that lemon tang - these have it! These have the full flavor of regular lemon drops, but they say they are sugar free. However, for every 4 drops, they still have 17 grams of carbs, which seems pretty high to me, coming from "sugar alcohol". I am not sure how this is different from sugar, though the label says it has Isomalt and Sucralose as ingredients.

My doctor recommended these for dry mouth and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised when they worked. (If only he would write me a script for chocolate!) I really enjoyed the flavor, size, and price of this product and would highly recommend it for someone who also suffers from dry mouth or just loves sour lemon flavor.

This are my favorite sugar-free candy that I’ve been unable to find in any store. This bag of $4 candy cost around $15. Stupid to pay that But I really wanted it.

Price OK, nice size, easy on the roof of my mouth BUT an off-flavor I couldn't get used to.

I live in a warm, desert area where people can become dehydrated easily. People need to drink a lot of liquids but my dentist also recommended sucking on sugarless candy to defend against dry mouth. This candy promotes good dental health and tastes good.
