It tastes like horseradish!
I ordered this thinking it was a small pot of creamy horseradish, but then it arrived in a large box, containing a bottle of about two pints. I was not optimistic about the taste, but I was wrong. It's not as good as the stuff we made by pulling the roots in the '50s, but it's better than any I've bought from a supermarket.The problem is that it only lasts for four weeks after opening, so we'll be planning our meals around it for the next month.
