Can this be used on counter top ice makers?

I would certainly think so. It removes line deposits. Be careful not to use too much in a small application like a countertop ice maker. Too strong a concentration of this cleaner could cause damage to the surfaces it contacts.

can this be used on fuerniture that is nickel plated steel?

It is nickel safe, mainly used for ice machines to clean out lime build up but I've used on sinks and stuff to clear up hard water lime
