Great little bird bath. With the extreme summer heat I wanted to help birds and squirrels survive. This was a piece of cake to assemble and it is lightweight but sturdy. NOTE: birds must have CLEAN water so every 2 to 4 days dump out the bath and add clean water and maybe once every 2 weeks or as needed clean the bath with a diluted white vinegar and water solution (1 part vinegar to maybe 10 parts water). Be sure to rinse the vinegar well and let the bath dry in the sun or wipe the bath down so there is no vinegar left before you refill the bath with water.

Okay given the price. Top part that the seed goes into, is plastic. Hard for many birds to hold on to. The side is wide and too big for their feet. Works better as a bird bath. You get what you pay for. It’s not bad, just don’t expect too much for 20 bucks. I would buy from this seller again.

This bird bath is cheap and poorly made, but I knew that when I bought it. I didn't purchase it for it's high quality. I purchased it to have something small, low to the ground, and movable to offer for the songbirds in my yard to use. What I did not expect was the absolutely stupid assembly required to attach the metal pole to the plastic tray. The four screws on the outer edge of the metal circle were easy to place. The fifth screw, however, down inside the metal pole, was impossible to place. No one has fingers small enough to go in there. I used a magnetic screw driver...nope. Tweezers...nope. The end of a pair of scissors...nope. I finally gave up. Whoever designed this nonsense must have a sick, devious mind. Seriously, do better.

After my husband broke one of our birdbaths when it was stuck to the frozen ground, I decided to try something designed a little differently. I was pleasantly pleased when I opened the box and put it together.It is made with good materials, it goes into the ground easily, the ground does not have to be level becauseit can be adjusted, and it does not kill the grass underneath. I would definitely buy another one, and probably will at a later date. I figured out how to fix the broken one and stake it into the ground as well.

Too tall and birds will not use it.
