This did make a difference in the health of my hair as it was becoming brittle and dry. The shampoo bar lathers well in your hands and hair. My hair felt a lot cleaner but still dry however after the third use, my hair seemed to balance out and I stopped using conditioner. Hair was more manageable, left a nice shine on my hair. Used this for a couple of weeks now and happy with the results. Soap dries out naturally if not left lying in water. Personally I would have preferred a scent. Happy with the bar shampoo.
