I’ve bought one of these for delivery in Australia and although the booklet says 3/8 it’s does not measure to that. Plumbing shops here cant help?!Anyone got details of connectors?

Updated review: we originally rated this a 5 star but in the month we have owned it it has broken. The center that sprays water stuck down and wouldn’t release. Extremely frustrating….. we bought this july28th and it broke September 4th…Original review:Fits perfectly where the soap dispenser was on our sink. It’s easy to install and didn’t need any extra tools.

If you have decent water pressure, this might not be the best choice. When I first installed the rinser, it took a lot of force to depress the plunger. I felt comfortable doing a pint glass without it breaking, but wouldn't want to risk a wine glass.I contacted the seller and they were very prompt at responding. They sent me a part that was supposed to restrict the pressure, but that didn't work. I ended up buying a separate valve and have it barely cracked open, and that seems to do the trick.Compared to the more expensive ones (I also have a Delta brand rinser), the price is right but plan to buy an extra valve. I got the oil rubbed bronze finish and it doesn't show water stains, which is really nice.

Probably one of the coolest gadgets I have purchased. Easy to install, my husband and I did it in less than 20 min.Kids I see it all the time, no more milk in the bottom of the cups!

I dont tend to write bad reviews but this was ridiculous. It was pretty annoying to install to begin with which was anticipated because you have to reach under the sink but the hardware to attach to the water pipe leaked horribly. Even with top notch tools and a handy husband, it did not correctly attach right. Well it slowly leaked over the course of two days ans our floors could have been thousands of dollars of damage. Luckily we caught it but what an inconvenience
