Bought this one to replace the 6 year old marine jl speakers that were in my boat so far sound is great lets se how long they will last

Sound amazingly good
Installed both on the outside of my boat and the sound was very good.

4 Stars until I get to use them on the water
Just installed them yesterday, sounded good on land but need to water test them!

They don't fit!
They did not line up with existing holes. I never installed them.

These sound great
The clips that hold the screws were difficult to instal and drive screws into because the thickness of the mounting surface was not right for the clips that were provided. Had to bend them. That made the holes off location.

Great look
Standard speaker ring adapter will not fit these speakers. I had to make some out of wood. That’s why I knocked it for the rating
