No aroma left - Old or wrongly stored
I was looking for roasted barley to brew an alternative to coffee, this was a popular coffee alternative in the rural Italy when coffee could not be afforded, and it is still traditionally known but we'll known. This barley has the right colour but absolutely no taste, 2 in a scale to 10. Probably it is old or improperly stored, for comparison imagine leaving ground coffee exposed to air, after a few months of oxidation it will have less or no taste. Might be still be suitable for making beer, I am not expert.
