Good quality
Boiled the trays as instructed before use. They stood up to that, plus my freezing them to make a Turmeric golden paste recipe. Each little square popped out the frozen paste without any problem and cleaned up well in the dishwasher. Very pleased with the quality of these trays, after making 3 batches of golden paste, so would definitely recommend them.
