What I liked is how compact they arrived, easy to handle and store. Delivery was quick too, which is always nice. The instructions were straightforward: I just soaked the filter in cold water for about 10 min before using it, and it was ready to go. I mainly use it in my water jug to filter tap water. It works really well, the water tastes cleaner, and I feel better knowing it’s removing any impurities that might come through the pipes. Super useful if you live in a city like London where the water can be hard. The pack comes with two filters, and each should last around three months. So far, it helds up perfectly, and the price feels very reasonable. Fantastic I purchased a waterdrop back in August last year unfortunately it had a faulty filter light but I got in contact with the customer service team and I have to say they were absolutely fabulous especially Doreen. I couldn't have asked for better aftercare and once I had shown by photos the the light was not working they immediately despatched a brand new one to me. I cannot fault the waterdrop filter jug it's brilliant and like many users the actual filter lasts for a good long while and the price is also very good.

Well packaged and as good as ever. Ready for when the current filter is to be replaced. Excellent value for money. Easily last me 3 months.

We are very pleased with the refills, they are so easy to fit. The button that lets you know it’s ready to be changed is very helpful. Tea certainly tastes better and we no longer get the scum on the top of the cup. Just wish you could design one that gets rid of the hard water, we live in an area that is very bad.

These filters are the best. Long lasting. Well worth the cost.

I just received week ago, and it fitted with my waterdrop perfectly
