Yes they do, the monin syrup pump fits them, it the 1litre, 5ml pump u need, n it will screw to the top of the bottle, they fit the simply bottles better than they do there own.

Can this be used to make an amaretto sour??

Most syrups can be used and are designed to use in cocktails, coffees, over ice-cream so I should say if the drink has lime in it then probably OK, syrups are usually sweet so not having tried lime flavour I don't know, but would think it would be fine, you can also place a slice of lime in the drink or split over the side of the glass?

Suitable as an ice cream syrup?

Well, it has a strong pineapple flavour but nothing in the ingredients list to suggest pineapples apart from "flavouring." Personally I wouldn't, better to liquidise the fruit. I bought it to flavour cocktails specifically pan galactic gargleblasters which I am partial to

Can i use this syrup to make Peach iced tea?

I have used it in many things including tea. Just use a drop at first then add until you're happy with the taste. It's quite strong so not alot is needed. Great bottles that go far. I have a subscription because my family use lots of it. Very nice.
