Not as described.
It said on the description that it cuckooed. It doesn't make a sound. Also came, and the deer was broke off the side of the clock. I fixed it with super glue. I thought it was cheaply made for the price. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Charming little clock
The media could not be loaded. Very pretty and cute little clock. It is small enough to fit on the narrow beam 6 inches between two windows. High quality finish and quiet movement (made in Germany). The way the traditional Black Forest maiden swings as the pendulum is also charming. Cuckoo chime calls at every hour.

Died after a few month, company not responding for warrenty request.
I ordered this Engstler Black Forest Clock on 8/10/2020 and end of 1/2021 it just stopped working. Battery change did'nt help.Contacted the seller, Manchester Home Products, but did not get any response twice.Did not take responsibility for a product they sell.
