New install for backsplash faucet. This was the shortest I could find and for my install. Just remember that NPS to NPS threads need a LOT of PTFE tape (20 turns) to make a secure seal.

These make it easier to install commercial faucets to sinks.

The female threads are not tapered like a pipe thread. I could not get them to seal even with mountains of pipe tape. I finally just used JB Weld as a pipe putty and let it cure. Now no leaks. It will probably be difficult to remove if I ever want to, but I'll deal with that if needed. I don't think the male threads are tapered either, but they fit a standard sink hose fitting with rubber gasket.

I'm sure they work fine but twice ordered and they sent a male to male instead of the male to female as pictured. So be aware its likely to happen to you too.

They were very clean cast and machined.... only problem the Female side isn't IP... no taper and not machined for an o-ring.... useless. I loved the price and were manufactured by the same company as the faucets I bought.... had to go to Home Depot to finish the install...
