HP Elite 8200 Business Desktop Computer (Intel i5 Quad Core up to 3.4GHz Processor), 8GB DDR3 RAM, 1TB HDD, DVD, RJ45, Windows 10 Professional (Renewed)

The computer arrived well packaged and ready to run after the initial setup. It did include the keyboard and mouse but both were very low quality which is understandable for the price one pays. Nevertheless, they both work well with the PC. I ended up going to my local thrift shop and bought an excellent sturdy HP keyboard with a mouse for less than $10. The monitor was not included of course but I had a good one left over from my previous PC years (switched to MAC now) and the VGA port worked well with it.

I purchased package deal that included the desktop, keyboard, and mouse. I did not even care about the keyboard and mouse, I bought the computer based upon the specific components inside the desktop. The key board and mouse are the worst quality I have ever encountered in my life, what more can you expect with a FREE keyboard and FREE mouse with purchase. One of the keyboards came with cracked keys, another one of the keyboard's keys always stick, and one of the mouses does not even work. I already purchased better quality keyboard and mouses.The computers are working great and to me that is all that matters. I do recommend this seller but do not be enticed by a package deal.

I am so glad I purchased an extended warranty with this refurbished pc. Failed immediately outside of the 3 month warranty. Worked great out of the box, done exactly what I needed it to until one day it would randomly lose video output. This happened multiple times until it finally just died. I tried a different monitor and cable with the same result.

Our old computer had a HD failure so we had to replace it on short notice. After briefly looking at new computers, we decided to look at refurbished units. The refurbished computer offered more RAM and a larger hard drive for less money. The biggest advantage was the computer came with just Windows 10 and absolutely no bloatware. There was no trial software, no junk taking up hard drive space that you want to uninstall, and the unit ran super fast. It started, booted up, updated itself, we loaded some office software, and was up and running. I would definitely buy refurbished again.

The PC arrived with damage to the case and Keyboard. The case was clearly bent and almost impossible to open. It clearly has been roughly treated and bowed outwards. the keyboard had both feet broken off. (Feet allow a tilt of the keyboard off a flat surface). The PC did boot and appears to be functional.This is FAR FAR FAR from a "Reconditioned PC" but rather one that has the hard drive wiped for a new user and not much else.The power cord had bent pins that had to be straightened before the unit could be plugged in.The CPU is worth the cost of the unit, so I would keep it for a rebuild in the event of failure. If you are not comfortable doing such things, you will want to pass on these guys.

I made a mistake getting a computer with windows 7...my fault..I cant even run many programs on it & havent figured out how to upgrade it to something different...BUT STILL GAVE 5 stars because I love this computer. it is fast...it is powerful and besides for making the mistake of not seeing that it had the 7 on it I would totally buy it again...THEY do have similar HP's with windows 10 that are just as low priced...I may buy another & give this away to someone in the family...RUNS great on Firefox BTW...I have been using it for about 1 month now...not any complaints about it.

Works as expected, but highly disappointed by the lack of dedicated graphics card the description listed. I bought it hoping for a GPU specifically and am now short any real gaming potential. Suggest removing that label for future customers.

No complaints. Good PC for the money. Honestly I couldn't expect more since the hardware specs were very detailed. The four stars was for the fact that the hard drive is very noisy. If that doesn't bother you, you'll be fine. In my case, I just replaced the HD by cloning it to another one that's absolutely quieter.Still all fine

This was bought for my husband who only ever used his other one for FB. He is delighted and happy to have this one and not break the bank. It really is an awesome deal and the computer itself is really nice. The keyboard and mouse are a nice touch.

I purchased this a while back and didn’t open till a month later… It was in the box the whole time, when i opened it, the computer was soooo dirty with old stickers and smelled like cigarette smoke as soon as i turned it on. I would not recommend. It’s also very slow… Keyboard and mouse included are garbage.
