The vitamins came with a sticker on the top saying the next bottle is free and the QR code takes you to a bot asking you for information and to give a review and then says they will be sending some free vitamins to you. I'm definitely not complaining yet. Free vitamins are great. Just pointing out the reviews might reflect that.Turns out you also are suppose to take 2 a day which I didn't realize at first so it's not as good of a deal as I first thought but I suppose if the free vitamins do show up, that makes up for it. Looking at the percentages, it does have less vitamins per chewable than my previous B complementary chewable but it's not as low as half. I think I'll just take 1 a day most days and every now and then take 2.Pros:-free bottle?-nice chewy texture and easy to takeCons:-less vitamins per chew than I had thought (though, to be fair, I could easier checked before buying)-bad taste. They don't taste good but still completely tolerable-other reviews might be influenced by free vitamin bribe

Taking a B complex was recommended to me by my nutritionist. Some brands made me jittery or I couldn't sleep, too high dosage. Others made no difference to my energy levels, too low dosage. So it takes time to figure out what amount you need.This works for me. I take 1 in the morning. It says take 2 but if I do I cannot sleep that night. I can tell a difference if I miss taking it. I will buy these again.

These are okay. I do notice a little boost of energy because my B vitamins are low, but I don't really like the texture and the flavor could be better

Easy to chew or swallow

After taking for about a week I can safely say this helps me a ton as I am working from home and need the energy to deal with my kids and work at the same time! Yes, that is not an easy task but these gummies definitely give me a little boost to help make it through the day. They gummies are very delicious and you have to stop yourself at one serving. Sometimes I sneak an extra gummy in on days I am exhausted.

This has a better texture than other gummy vitamins. Its softer and less rubbery. The flavor is great. I needed a boost in B vitamins for mood and due to my low meat diet. It seems to be doing what I need.

They taste good but after one week they were all stuck together in the bottle. I had to pull them out of the bottle and transfer them to a different container so I could pull them apart. I have many other gummy vitamins and this doesn't happen to them.

I liked the fast delivery. The gummies are a great supplement for Vitamin B. They are easy to chew and have a great flavor.
