I’m a name brand knife guy. I work in security at a courthouse and I had to hold one of these knives at the checkpoint when a visitor came in and forgot they had it with them. I loved the weight and decided to give one a try myself. I must say I am thoroughly impressed. Even the box it came in was amazing. Not just another knife stuffed in plastic stuffed In a box. It was in a folding box with a laser measured cutout for the knife.For the price don’t expect the “Damascus” to be true damascus. It’s just the design. But for this price I never expected it to be a real Damascus steel.Still 5 stars for sure though. The knife is sturdy and well weighted. A solid daily knife for sure.

Husband really likes this knife. He says the steel doesnt hold an edge very long and needs to be sharpened more often. But for the money spent it works really well.

Purchased this for Father's Day for our kids to give to my husband. He admires knives and is always looking for a good one. I wasn't sure what he would think of this one as it wasn't from one of his catalogs, but it had decent reviews. Well, Father's Day came and he loved it. Fast forward two weeks...We needed to get rid of a king size tempurpedic mattress but couldn't fit it in the back of our friends truck to get rid of it. Only knife my husband had on him was this knife. He was so proud and sent us all photos of the result--he says it seemlessly cut through all the levels of the mattress. So all in all, I'd say it was an excellent buy and well worth the money!!!!

Very nice little knife at a very affordable price point. Takes an edge very well. Arrives sharp enough, but I always sharpen my new and existing knives by hand. I use the Work Sharp Guided Field Sharpener and this knife does take a razor sharp edge. The best thing is that the blade length is LESS than 3", so you will not run into any potential legal issues as a blade length in excess of 3" can be illegal in many, many places even if you have a concealed weapons permit (which may not actually apply to knives in some locations; it may absolutely only apply to a firearm in some locations).
