Nice Lamp
I wasn't sure if this lamp would make the cut due to the shipping and quality. However it came just as described and it was so easy to put together. You can't beat the price for sure!

Simple, delicate ambient lighting
Light is concentrated at the bottom of the lamp but it glows upward in the dark. Needed to buy an adapter to use my Philips Hue bulb with this lamp. Exactly what you’d expect from the product description

Poorly made. Bulb sold separately.
This lamp is poorly made and does not come with the 5.3 watt max led bulb. The legs were supposed to “snap” on. One did not fit properly and another leg snapped at the attachment. I will be returning.

IKEA bulb is a must
editing my review since I bought the ikea bulb: e17 bulb here is like $12,get it. I tried two different bulbs from home depot and they made the lamp useless. Got the ikea bulb and it's actually a nice calm lamp. It's not strong by any means, but the lamp is still calm and pretty. Not good for adding much light to the whole room.original review: It's my fault for not reading the reviews, but I'm really shocked at just how little light comes out of this. It takes a very tiny bulb and really doesn't offer any significant light. Kinda shocked IKEA would offer something like this. It's purely aesthetic.

Kind of cheap looking
It’s IKEA, so you get what you pay for. It doesn’t provide a whole lot of light and as far as ambience it’s a little cheap.

Low light output, not worth the money
Find this lamp on the IKEA website, and you’ll see that it costs $15 and includes the light bulb. The Amazon version costs $40 and does not include the light bulb, a $10 extra (or $5 at IKEA).It a fun shape, and looks great, but there isn’t much light output from the single 400 lumen bulb, just enough to brighten up a dark corner or and a bit of shape to a room.But $50???? No way.
