Very powerful and strong
I am enjoying this but I wish there was a guide on how to get the most of the different settings. So far I have kept on program 1 but would like to know how the different levels vary

Bought for hip pain
Love it. I paid a little more for the black color then found out brown pretty also. Only had it a day but so far I love it. It helps loosen up my hips and lower back.Been on it a few times today. Hubby likes it too.

Shake It!
I bought this because my friend had one it I liked it. I use it about 3 times a week after I walk, and I think it has helped my leg circulation. I don't get feet cramps at night like I used to. I still haven't quite figured out all of the functions, and it didn't come with very good instructions. But the product works very well!
