Gibson Elite Soho Lounge 16-Piece Round Reactive Glaze Stoneware Dinnerware Set, Service for 4 – Taupe Plates and Bowls

Originally I had picked out a set that was much lighter in color. But I noticed that because of the water quality where I live the color in light things, and even in clear glass was distorting. So I went with this darker set. I am so glad I did. They are beautiful. The color is so rich and true. The backside of them is a matte black while the serving side is the prettiest blue with brown flecks. They have a very nice, even weight. They feel sturdy while not being too heavy. And are very well made. I don't use a microwave but I am sure they would be fine in one. They retain the heat from the food that I use them for but don't get too hot to sit on my lap. The bowls are small across, but very deep, which makes them ideal for the perfect amount of whatever you wish to put in them. The texture is smooth and feels very nice, which makes them easier to clean. I did drop one the other day while hand washing them, and it did not break or chip. I think they are definitely worth the purchase. They are a beautiful set I expect to have for a very long time.

Amazing product. Great customer support team, I had one break during shipping which is completely understandable given its ceramic. But when I contacted them about getting a couple replaced, they cared so much about me that they gave me another set for free as an apology. Great team behind this product and it is stunning!

I love the color and size of the dishware

They’re great dishes, very pretty. However in the year Ive had them Ive broken a small plate from falling off a table and another has been chipped while being washed. So the durability of the plates is questionable.

I used these for years! Love their colour and design. They hold up well over lots of use, dishwasher, and haven't faded in colour. I have accidentally dropped and hit them on hard things over time which has caused some to break and chip even though they are good tough quality - which is sad because I really liked these. I may have to buy another set of these soon to replace the ones I've broken over the years!

heavy set very well packed.Not Shinning like in picture but more towards matte finish( not reflecting light; not glossy). for this price(195 dh) I must say one time purchase is enough for me.i was excited for glossy touch but it matte finish but still good Alhumdulillah
