If you also see the "ASR" error on your Flexispot Electric Height Adjustable Standing Desk, follow these steps: 1. you need first to reset it by switching it off (about 30 seconds) 2. switch it on again 3. Press both buttons down and up arrow at the same time. 3. Then, press the down arrow only and it will go down. 4. once it is completely down then press on up arrow and it will go up. For me it worked with this simple procedure tou shouldalso get your desk back to working order (up was my problem). 5. Check also YouTube for tutorials if needed.

I wanted an adjustable table with drawers and glass top...not many options. At $430 it's definitely on the expensive side, but often goes on sale for under $400. What I like: Nice packaging. It arrived in 2 separate boxes. Pretty heavy boxes. Assembly involved bolting down 16 nuts all together and plugging the power cord in. It's heavy enough that you may want someone to help. But it comes with a hex wrench..which is all the tool necessary. The top and overall design is impressively sturdy. The movement is audible, but not very loud. It goes up and down smoothly. The USB plugs are great. The glass top was perfect. One thing to consider...theres' a cross brace at the bottom of the legs...look at the picture. I like ... it makes the legs a bit more sturdy than the desks without this feature...but may be in the way so be aware. Overall, it's expensive but worth it.

I have had this desk for over 3 years now. Let me tell you I love it. I have my monitor, keyboard, my xbox series x and usually a 40oz water on the desk and the thing still goes up and down no problem. The glass on the top is strong as well. Im very surprised I havent broken it with the amount of things I have dropped on it. Its also so easy to clean. I love this desk and have no complaints.

Not even two months old. The desk stopped working. Agent walked me through troubleshoting. Even though all of the trouble shooting steps didn't work, the agent kept asking me to repeat them an absurd amount of times. Finally, asked me to videotape myself doing the steps because they needed to actually see me do them. Then after I sent the video, he said we can't play videos from iPhone. I had to then send an email with a video. It has been escalated but I am in limbo. And now I am left with a desk that does not rise. Tech support is useless. They escalated my case and promised me a solution in 24 hours. Meanwhile, two weeks later, not a peep. I email the agent Jhonas for updates and he has not replied. He should be fired. Now after repeated calls and emails I finally have an agent who says I need to replace the leg/motor and they will not send a replacement until I send back the leg/motor. That will leave me without a desk. Am I supposed to work on the floor like an animal? Now they tell me that in another 24 hours I may be able to get approval for a leg to be sent out in advance. If that 24 hours is like the last 24 hours, I will need to harass them for 2 weeks before they tell me some other absurd story. I received the legs in less than two weeks with a new motor attached. However, that didn't fix the problem. Now after having to assemble, disassemble and reassemble the desk, I am being asked to do it again. This time, they sent a new desktop with a new controller. Once I have a chance to again disassemble and reassemble the desk, I will update this review. Third time assembling the desk after receiving a new desktop. So after two months, and having to disassemble and reassemble the desk a third time, it works again. This was one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. However, when the desk works, I love it. It is beautiful and very functional... when it works. Now they are messaging offering a lifetime warranty if I change my 1 star review. This seems like an attempt to bribe me. I don't want a lifetime warranty. It is too much work to get replacement part and too much effort to assemble and reassemble the desk over and over and over again. When it breaks again I will simply replace it with a different brand. Moreover, this review represents my actual experience. And while I appreciate their efforts to make the desk functional and the offer of an extended warranty, it seems unreasonable to link that to the removal a 1 star review.

I absolutely LOVE this desk. It works soo nicely, exactly what I imagined it would be. I haven't even sat down once, while working. I love how the lighting reflects off of the glass, giving it a cozy vibe, and how sturdy it is. A really awesome desk, very sexy and modern. The only reason I could not give this desk 5 stars is because.... IF you're someone like me that over-analyzes and over-compares things, this specific review is for YOU. The one negative is that the top is, as you know, made of glass therefore you will NOT be able to add any accessories to the desk, NO really awesome, specialized lighting that clamps onto the back (I had to return mine), and no screwing in and hanging your tower from underneath the desk. The glass top cannot handle it. Something to definitely consider before purchasing. If you don't mind not having your tower hanging, additional accessories like a light clamped on, then it's the perfect standing desk! I love it.

We just put the desk together yesterday, but so far I love it. It was very easy to assemble and went together smoothly. Movement up and down is very smooth, and it was easily big enough for my two monitor and laptop setup. The drawer is slim, but is just deep enough to hold my laptop. That would be my only complaint so far, that it would be nice if the drawer was a little deeper. But overall I’m loving it!
