Didn't feel any different after the first week of use - no extra energy, still felt tired, etc. Did curb appetite a bit, but not enough to lose even a pound. Overall disappointed and will return 2nd box.

I really like these! I've taken the first set for 4 days now and don't feel bloated at all and I am even down 3 lbs. Despite the reviews, I recommend this product. I just hope people understand you need to be dieting and excusing while taking these.

I excersise and have a healthy diet and no resulyts were seen.
