I do not have a no heat selection on my dryer?** A: Choose medium to low heat if you have low. Otherwise medium is fine. I'd avoid HOT drier setting. I have a drier that seems to be wired wrong. The low is HOT but so is the HOT. Medium setting is medium and so that's where I dry almost all my clothes including all of my lovely fleece blankets and throws. I even on occasion add non scented drier sheets to the drier and despite everyone saying don't use drier softener sheets I do without any significant problem other than YEAH less static. Now another option is air dry the smaller sizes may be easier to air dry. I have a 24 foot covered patio that I installed a double 40" string drier line so I now have double 24' of drier line in summer. In winter I disconnect the lines as they are retractable. I love this outdoor clothes line. Meantime I also put a rack with six double hooks that are also very deep on bathroom door off the utility room and I hang my leggings and fleece jackets and other similar items on the rack spaced out so two to three and they dry well over night. This style of fleece washes well. Avoid all products that contain oxy however that can bleach and destroy the fleece properties. If you find a shag blanket never wash on warm only cold and handle with super care and never ever dry in a drier the shag will mat and be ruined. Cold wash and hang dry shags but this cut fleece oh my gosh I buy to use as fabric and make pillow cases and throw pillows and fleece wear like vests and shirt jackets and scarfs and even kitty toys. Love fleece. **Q: Does this pill up and get fuzzies all over the surrounding bedding?** A: I have purchased four of these blankets and I love them! Lightweight but cozy, was well, no pilling or fuzzing. This is the only blanket I will buy. **Q: does it shrink?** A: I've had mine for about a year and with 2 adults and 2 small dogs sleeping on it, it gets washed weekly. It doesn't shrink. **Q: Does this really shed as much as people say?** A: I have the red and the blue king size blankets and I have had no problem at all. Because of their large size, I wash and dry them alone, but I have not had any shedding problems at all. I've had them for almost a year and I am very, very happy these blankets! We use them on the couches for movie night and as an extra blanket on the beds when the weather is freezing.
