The clip wouldn't rotate. It was super tight so we didn't want to force it. So we contacted the manufacturer through the Amazon site and got no response. We tried to rotate it again and it wouldn't turn so this time we did force it. And....it broke. We returned it to Amazon. This is very surprising for an Otterbox product. We ordered this replacement because my husband left his by accident at a job site. Luckily, one of his co-workers found it and he has his own original one....and it Rotates!!!
