Well worth buying! These make the BBQ taste come through, but the food doesn't end up like charcoal or burnt to a crisp. It also makes it less smokey for your eyes and throat.Coat the trays with oil first, so the first meat does not stick when it starts cooking.Once done, rinse, pop in the dishwasher and job done. Occasionally they need a second rinse clean with a scrubber if any charcoal type debris stayed on.But, I love cooking with these. They changed the ball game completely.They arrived very quickly too.
