We ordered this over 2.5 years ago and have used it 3 to 4 times a day. It has held up really well. I have no complaints. My husband has very broad shoulders and it is almost to small for him, but he is still able to enjoy it nightly. It has lots of different kinds of massages. The heat works great. All in all, no complaints and we are really glad we bought this one and would do it again.

This chairs rollers got stuck after 1.5 years of minimal use sitting under a cover. When I asked for a vendor to fix it they first tried to tell me I bought it 22 years ago and therefore it is out of warranty. I clearly showed them I bought it 4-6-2022 and told them I did not want warranty work, I just need a vendor that knows how to fix it. (I called every furniture place in town and none of them know how.) I was again told by customer service that is was past the warranty. I have no idea why, but they flat out refuse to tell me a vendor to get it fixed. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend buying this brand.

I think this chair is an incredible value! I worked 12 hour days on my feet and primarily bought this chair to help with foot and back pain. Love the foot rollers and the variety of settings, can make the massage more aggressive if I need it or I can just use it to relax! The only thing I don't like about the chair is the foot rest, it's nice that its extendable but I wish it would lock in place somehow, I sometimes feel like I have to be pressing down in order to get my legs and feet lined up with the rollers and bags. It wouldn't keep me from buying it again, I enjoy everything else about it! I'm literally sitting in it right now!

This massage chair was a berry satisfying purchase as it works very well and everyone that tries it wants one just like it. I compared this chair to others that were a lot more expensive and this seemed to have just as many features as the more expensive ones. It can rock you to sleep or it can give you a deep massage for a tired or hurting muscles. I am very satisfied with the way it was shipped to us and it was easy to put together. I would recommend this to anyone that wants a very relaxing massage at anytime of the day.

I have many health issues and massage helps me dramatically. This chair is perfect for the price. The only thing I do with the chair is put a thick folded up towel over the rollers. I have fibromyalgia so I’m tender in certain areas.

Horrible return process. Over-charge for return delivery. Chair Uncomfortable and doesn’t massage as advertised. Worst experience using Amazon.

So far so good. It does everything I need it to do. Honestly, the only thing I don't care for is the settings reset every time the chair turns off.
