Great for diaper changes
It’s not super thick but so far the backing is strong enough to prevent leaks during diaper changes. We cover the changing table pad with one and keep a few in the diaper bag.

Horrible
These pads are horrible! So thin, I can almost see through them!! They won't hold any amount of liquid. Not so sure I'd even dry my hands with one. I darn sure will never use these as pee pads for an animal or human. These can go to the shop and the guys can use them as oil rags!

Does not absorb much
These pads are not the best that there is out there, but they do defend against small leakage, but when I say small, I mean you can use to help protect a changing table when changing a baby's diaper, or a weewee pad for a dog less than 10 pounds. These pads can hold up to 5 ounces of liquid before it seeps through the bottom and gets the floor wet as well. What I dislike most about this product is when there is too much liquid that the pad cannot absorb, even when you roll it up to discard, it will leak all over your hands as you attempt to discard it. If when using this product and it seeps through and gets the floor wet, do yourself a favor and grab a disposable bag to put it in then throw it out. These are definitely nowhere near medical grade quality, and animal paws walking on it with nails of any type will begin to alter the integrity of the pad rendering it useless over a period time of no leakage. The advertising term of "Medical Underpads" is a marketing ploy, the medical pads used in the postpartum rooms for new born babies have more than 4X the absorbency and 10X the quality. The pros of this product is it is economical, can handle small leaks, and has the appearance to be medical grade, but as the other reviewers and myself have said, the amount of protection against leakage with this product is very limited.

For xs-s dogs
Updated: Good for extra small animals. I'd say these are a good budget option if you have a teacup, or toy sized animals 3-8lbs maybe slightly larger. My dog was 2lbs when I started using them. She's less than 4lbs now and still uses them sometimes.Pros size is large for the price, there's a lot of landing room/coverage as they're longer than most square pads. 300 pads for about $30. Good for traveling/emergency use.Con these are budget/economy quality. You get what you pay for so they won't work for most animals unless the animal is very small. For a small dog they're ok, worth trying out if you're willing to drop $15-30, they're meh quality much more absorbent options exist. That being said for the size these were the least expensive ones in their size I found anywhere.

Not absorbent
Great value for the money as you get a lot of them but I have to double up because they are not absorbent so then it actually becomes not very cost efficient because I'm using two.

Great product
I use it while changing diapers on my newborn. It is pretty good for my need, does not let the liquid go through. It isn't too thick so the liquid spreads everywhere but the sheet is large enough so does not bother me.
