Purchased this to carry my injectable medication while traveling. Took a10 hour each way road trip, plugged the usb in the car and it worked fabously. Stayed cold the entire time, and the case is solid & secure. I was able to store 2 injectables inside with no problem. I will be traveling by plane in June. I will see how it does without being plugged in the entire flight. Only a 4 hour flight so I think the ice pack with hold.

Two products purchased from 4AllFamily, the Nomad Big 48H and the Explorer 72H. The Nomad is well made and kept my medications cold for well over 24 hours, until refrigeration. It held 2 large prefilled syringes, 1 pen auto injector and 2 BD needles, with room to spare. US TSA inspected my carry-on bag on numerous trips, without any questions or concerns with the Nomad cooler and “frozen” biogel ice pack. If the biogel ice pack isn’t frozen on the return trip, pack it in a checked bag.4AllFamily has an amazing customer care team and takes quality control issues seriously!I recently purchased the Explorer 72H. Although functioning, there was an issue with the product. I sent a message with pictures and my concerns about using the product directly to 4AllFamily (not Amazon) on 1/23/25. I received a prompt and very polite response from Maria C. She assured me that I would receive a new item for my upcoming travels and followed up with me several times. I received the replacement item on 1/25/25, just 2 days after my initial contact with 4AllFamily. I commend 4AllFamily for valuing their customers and for excellent customer service.

This little cooler worked great for my 7 day road trip travel in California. My insulin pens and Ozempic pen stayed perfectly cold

This product is the best I have used for USB refrigeration or with the ice pack. I have had it plugged-in for several weeks and it is going strong.One thing you need to know is that it is very large and it is heavy. You absolutely need to take your medications in your carry-on, but the weight and size of this cooler may make some people think twice.The ice pack stays cold for a long time. In fact, I worry a bit because it seems too cold. However, if you are using the ice pack it doesn't leave much room for the "Pens". I fit only one in.. I think this product would be improved with a slightly thinner ice pack. You could keep an infinite number of vials in this travel cooler with the ice pack.When I use the plug-in cooler I am able to fit six "Pens" and a small vial.Overall, it is a very good product that I highly recommend.

Used it for the first time the day I received it. It kept my medicine cold 9+ hours. with a lot of chill left in it. Just with the Gel Pack that was included. You can see that it is made with quality materials and very sturdy

I bought this cooler to keep my injectable osteoporosis medicine cool during a three-week trip to Europe. While the pen does not need to be refrigerated, it must be kept cooler than 80 degrees. Knowing that I would not have access to a refrigerator and would be traveling by airplane, train & car, I needed to be assured that it would stay cool enough in whatever space it was in. It plugs into a USB port or car lighter and keeps the medicine at a cool temperature. The first several days we were there the temperature was in the 90s and air conditioning was not always guaranteed so I was happy to know that I would not lose my medicine due to high temperatures. I highly recommend this product for traveling with temperature sensitive medicines!

This was my life saver for my cruise! I only needed my medication cold until Monday of my cruise, and this was perfect! I recommend getting the USB port and connection, with a portable battery. Doesn’t have to be the same as theirs but a good one! I will definitely be using this every time I travel from now on! This is a great idea! Not only that, it holds up well and a good amount of medicine! Might be on the pricey side, but worth the money!
