Does the 8FT white htv vinyl stick tightly after being transferred to the fabric?

Dear client, Thanks so much for your interest in our 8FT white htv vinyl. Yes，our white iron on vinyl material pretty sticky, they adhere to the fabric seamlessly and has held up well in the washing. Thanks for your question about our white htv for cricut and your support to HTVRONT store.

Do I need the special printer or can i just cut it and iron the vinyl on?

The Vinyl can be cut with scissors. I am not sure how it will turn out but you can cut it without a machine.

Can I use a regular printer?

I do not think it’s a printable vinyl, I just cut it and iron it to the shirt

Is the back item clear(black) or white? I do not want this if it is white!

I don't understand your question. The color vinyl is black and the carrier that it is on is clear.
