LED Headlamp, USB Rechargeable Hard Hat Light, 230° Broadbeam Headlight

Fairly bright but charges slow. It has a red light on back so work great a safety feature working nightshift.

This is a super bright LED band light that you wear on your head. It has three light modes, bright, medium, and strobe as well as a red "taillight." It is really good for running in the dark which I purchased it for and I can see it being useful for anything that requires hands free illumination. It lights your path very well and was comfortable. Since this was my first run and I didn't go all that far (4 miles) I can't be sure it would totally comfortable for all night use or something. I was concerned with the angle of the beam and if the placement on my head would affect it shining where I needed it but that concern faded quickly! The beam is so brilliant and bright it lights nearly perfectly. The only concerns or cons I can foresee (may do an update review) is the size of the battery pack on the back that houses the rubber push button power and taillight. It was not an issue at all as I wore a ball cap backwards so it rested easily atop it. Overall, super pleased and looking forward to running in the dark again to use it 😂 At this price, with this quality, JUST GET IT!

LIke I said, lights up like a dream. Illumination pours forth and banishes, seeming-forever, the darkness. Quality materials, and intuitive fitting. Negatives: Lamp-band can become hot enough to make you sweat. Maybe good in winter, elsewise can become uncomfortable. Battery life is found wanting. Recharging more complicated than need be, somehow. Suggest a simple round prong recharge port with wall-wart a/c adapter. Hell, even a recharge cradle would be a MUCH welcome change. Relieves need of hunting for correct style of USB cord. .. friggin proprietary USB ports ruining my day every damn week. Rear "tail light" is absolutely, completely and utterly un-needed outside of a working mine, in which this product would never be found. Hardhat-friendly mounts are a thoughtful and useful addition. A high value aspect some, I'm sure, find irreplaceable. Again, whats with the damn tail-light? yeah I know "I never saw him, his head was turned and there was no light there!". If you must worry about that, just tape a reflective strip to the back and be done with it. And make it something that can be equipped at the user's leisure. No excuse for additional power usage taxing the already hard-working battery pack. No need for 5 different lighting modes. Especially with all 5 having their operator function residing on the same single, primary button. That needs to be "ON/OFF" and that's it. Brightness adjustment (also questionable necessity) should be accessed through a tertiary toggle somewhere other than on the main operation button. And that single, all purpose button is somehow shaped and placed in such a fashion that even it is difficult to actuate in a hurry without a well practiced familiarity that nobody will bother developing because when you need the headlamp, the battery is dead because nobody could find the right USB form-factor to charge it from last time. So very very close to a very very good product at a very very good price. Remove the damn tail-light, fix the buttons, keep the light bar from cooking my forehead, make charging as absolutely brain-dead simple as possible, DOUBLE the damn price and I'll be a repeat customer assuming your value engineers find a way to make everything shittier by an acceptably small amount. Actually you know what? Just fire the value engineers ok. Just DO it ok. You don't need the payroll bloat of failed physics majors bringing you PRINTED spreadsheet data with perfume all over it to know what's what. Don't worry about them. They'll be fine. There's some venomous harpy with perfect teeth, a sweet phone voice and a low body-count working in another HR-cell whom they'd love to impress with another white Ford F-250 with a drop-hitch, 3 nearly-ironic window stickers and aggressive parking skills at some OTHER company. Their kids will likely be the ones we're hunting with the aid of your damn near good product. YOU made it. You can fix it!

Easy to use light, battery duration is great and add safety red light on back with power button. Have a nice snug adjustable fit to hard. Better quality than expected. Other coworkers are looking to buy some as well.

I bought this to provide diffused lighting vs. a spot light, mainly for around the house stuff. I had some electrical work to do that required turning off the circuit breaker (ie. no lights) and this provided the light I needed while keeping both hands free. The light isn't as bright as I would have liked and the low beam is almost useless. Given the red lights in the back, this feels more like it would be useful for a runner/biker or outdoor activities rather than for around the house use. The biggest negative is how quickly it drains the rechargeable battery AND how long it takes to recharge. I got maybe 20 minutes use before the battery was discharged AND it took several hours to recharge to full. It has a micro-USB charge port rather than USB-C, probably adding to the long recharge time. Not bad for what it is, but definitely suggest you buy when it is on sale vs. full price.

Outstanding headlamp. Lightweight, comfortable, and packs a punch. Anyone who loves and/or works in the great outdoors will enjoy this headlamp.

I’ve had this item for less than a month and it already broke. It’s stuck on a blue light and keeps saying more charge is needed when I’ve had it charged for long periods of time. I can’t return it because i threw away the box but def do not recommend!

Great value for the price but battery lacks longevity and the less care bright in full charge but reduce to mediocre after a short time. My other small issue is you can’t turn off the rear red lights. Like I said, for the price they are good buying, but don’t expect too much. It’s a ‘if you buy box wine don’t expect champayne’ scenario 😁

Purchased these for a caving excursion that involved going under water for short periods of time. The lights were super bright and made it very easy to see ahead of you in the pitch black cave and they continued to work after diving under some particularly low ceilings. Although I do like the red light on the back of these headlamps I wish they could be turned off/ on separately from the main headlamp. I’ve used these headlamps on a few occasions now including two 3+ night camping trips and have found that the lamps battery life is rather short of you are using the brightest setting (2 hours or so). I will say that they have worked very well for setting up camp in the dark and are more comfortable than any other headlamps I’ve used in the past.
