I am beginner with exercise , yoga and zumba practice, so couple of exercises my trainer suggested me to go with 1 kg dumbbell. Purpose is not for weightlifting but to make sure posture is right and I am not bending or dropping in few of the activities, so for that I was looking for this.Overall I liked the product because it’s not burning your pocket and you get something in budget for starting off. But I don’t think so quality is very good as it’s plastic outside and even not sure what is filled inside.Funny thing is even spelling of dumbbells is also incorrect 😂😂.Anyways it’s fulfilling my requirements for basic things in budget of 150 INR . I didn’t find anything in this budget . Will update you after using it for couple of months.If my review helped you please mark it helpful.Thanks

First I ordered black colour it was slightly damage but within 24 hours they exchange and give me new piece light blue colour it is really good and for this price it is really worth even quality is good 👍

Quality is average but justifiable for the price. Good for beginners
