I've never had relief like this for arthritis and hip pain It amazes me that people stop using it as soon as it burns. The stuff is made out of chili pepper juice for gods sake. It burns less and less, just make sure you don't get overheated yourself. Continued use helps disrupt pain signals to brain. what more could you want??

Gets hot and does the job.....simple!!! Other products I’ve tried not even close. Yes it gets hot folks....if you can’t take that then definitely move on.....not for you.

Great product

The first time I used the cream on the area that was causing pain (giving it time to work) I begin to feel relief. Actually I was stacked, the problem I had been experiencing was relieved for hours/days. I didn’t apply any more cream for about week. Before applying the cream,I had been experiencing pain in my legs for days/weeks until now. How good? I brought three boxes.

We have used this for years on achy areas and for my husband’s sciatica and it is the only thing that helps! We have recommended it to so many people and my husband even carries an extra tube to give to someone in pain. People were very thankful to have that pain relief.

Have tried building up an immunity to the burning sensation, but it's just not working for me.
