I drink one serving in the morning and one serving around 12 before the gym. I don’t drink anything else besides water and electrolytes. This product provides me the caffeine I’m looking for, keeps me focused at work, and all without the jitters. My gut feels like it’s healing. Since taking this product I’m not longer bloated everyday. My bowel movements are better than ever! Over all this product is doing thing and the things I’m happy about lol. I really like this product. I am using this in conjunction with intermittent fasting (16:8) and I mix it in my water bottle and break my fast with it. For only 30 calories it keeps me going, gives me energy, and tastes great as well. I just opened my second container yesterday, I did use it twice more day about 3 times a week. I have noticed a difference in my skin as well, this might be in my mind but I swear my laugh lines look better. I am working in a caloric deficit right now for a specific event but with that being said and with the aid of this product, fasting I have lost 10 pounds since 2/20 its 3/18. Start weight 159 to day 149, 5' 5". This is a true review from a regular person, I work from home as self-employed and I do not work out, don't come at me lol.

Really like it! It gave me a lot of energy and I love the fruit punch taste. Haven’t repurchased because I think it’s a little bit too expensive. They need to come down on their cost a little bit. But overall, great product.

I absolutely love this collagen burn, I can not drink my coffee without it now. It has helped me cut back on my creamer I put in it. I feel amazing since I started drinking it. It’s great tasting and I hardly ever like stuff like this 😀 100% Would recommend

Amazing product. Iam 47 years old super active I workout 4 days week lifting heavy weight . When I do jog once a week I noticed my areas where easily appear fat.
