Q: I have EDS hypermobility type. My hips are pretty sloppy in the socket. How much SI Joint & hip stability do these offer?

I too have hEDS, and I also have bad hips and knees. I bought a pair of these about a month ago, and I LOVE them. They aren’t a magic bullet for my hip and knee instability, but they do definitely make them feel better and a little more stable. I don’t think I sublux as often with them on. They do seem to help my kneecap stay where it should. I have also hugely benefited from the improved leg circulation from the full-length compression. I actually get blood to my feet and my Raynaud’s doesn’t trigger as easily. I think the tights are a little itchy to wear because they’re so tight, and I don’t wear them all the time, but I don’t know if I will ever exercise without them again. Your milage may vary, but for me, these tights are going to be a permanent addition to my EDS management gear.

Q: Are these tights good for warm weather?

Yes, although I'm making a distinction between warm and hot. I have not worn mine in hot weather yet, but they're perfectly comfortable in warm weather.
