Inexpensive paring knives.
These are the very best paring knives available in my opinion. Economical, easily sharpened. I've been using these same brand knives for 50 years. I continue to order more when they disappear for other tasks.

Colorful and useful addition to my cutlery
These knives are beautiful and stay sharp a long time. They are great for using as utility knife in the kitchen for everyday tasks, or as steak knives.

Sharp !!
Love these little knives. Was looking for a replacement for a 20 year old paring knife and found this set that was recommended by wirecutter. Very happy.

Great knives. Good steel. Fantastic factory edges.
Quality was on par for $40 set of 4 paring knives. Colors are vibrant but handle finish is just ok. It’s fine. The steel is 12C27N sandvik. Which I have experience with sharpening. It holds an edge well, sharpens and strops up easily and predictably unlike some other knife steels used. Steel is super thin and slicey. Overall am happy with the purchase.Only caveat is, the blue handle knife, has a semi loose handle. You can feel the knife steel wiggle around ever so slightly. It will get worse over time. And the scales are riveted on. So no real way to tighten it. Not a deal breaker but can be a nuisance to use a knife with a loose handle. I could return or exchange but I’m not that worries about it. Just wanted to let other who may care know what to possibly expect.

Exceptional paring knives!
I've been using these knives for months, and I am not sure how I lived without them! They are the best paring knives I have ever owned. The quality is great. I see the price has gone up since I bought mine, but I'd pay $40 for them no problem...and it would still be a great deal. The handles are smooth, comfortable, easy to hold. The blades are sharp and with good care, still look brand new. Also can be honed and sharpened. The knives are very well balanced. And the colors...hello! That's the best part! :) Great knives, I would highly recommend!
