So many simple and delicious recipes!
I’ve done the AIP elimination before and used many of Alison’s free, online recipes. While I did not need another recipe book, nor do I need help with the diet, I felt like I needed a little bit of inspiration to get back on track. I have absolutely no regrets about buying this book. There are so many easy yet delicious recipes in here, including many foods that I would not have thought to incorporate which definitely makes the experience much more varied and satisfying. Most of my recipe books sit on my shelf as decoration. I have already used this book multiple times and I’ve only had it a couple weeks. I highly recommend it.

Love this cookbook
I have made quite a few recipes from this cookbook and absolutely LOVE them!! As someone who follows a paleo/anti-inflammatory diet to help manage my autoimmune conditions, finding variety in meals can be a struggle. This book has helped tremendously!! The recipes are easy to make, flavourful and nutrient dense and it's helped me to step out of my comfort zone with food. Gut healing is so important and whether you follow a gut healing, or AIP type protocol or not The Paleo Gut Healing Cookbook is a must!

Can't read the tiny, tiny printing!
Because of the decisions the editors made I'm giving this a one star without even considering the content. From what I can determine somebody decided to print the recipes in 9 point Arial or something close to that. All of the pages have huge amounts of white space, so this was absolutely not needed. It would have been so easy to have used a large, bold print that is easy to read. This is a cookbook - who wants to hold a magnifying glass to read it!

Great addition to my cookbook addiction, I mean collection!
-Everything I have made has tasted delicious and even my picky husband has enjoyed the meals- very approachable recipes that have a reasonable amount of ingredients (the number one reason many of my cookbooks don't get often used).- Most recipes have pictures and food photography is nicely done and gets you excited about making the dish.-Recipes that I have tried have been easy prep and quick to make (I have two kids under 2 and need healthy recipes that dont complicate my life any further)- The information about digestion in the beginning of the book is really great, practical, and can help anyone on their healing journey.Would definitely recommend buying this if you need uncomplicated healthy meals that taste good. I do not have an autoimmune disease or any major gut issues but bought the book because I know the importance of good gut health.(Food in Pictures)-Smoked Salmon Salad with Jammy Eggs-Meat Hash with Kale and Cabbage-Crispy Roasted Chicken Thighs with Salsa Verde

The Perfect Recipes for Meal Planning for the Week
I absolutely LOVE the recipes in The Paleo Gut Healing Cookbook! As someone who follows the autoimmune protocol to help manage my autoimmune condition, finding AIP-compliant recipes is often a struggle. That's why I was so pumped when I stumbled upon these recipes. Not only are they super easy to make, but they're packed full of nutrition, flavorful, and something I really look forward to eating every night. The Teriyaki Salmon and Bok Choy and Bone Broth Ramen are my personal favorites! Whether you're Paleo, AIP or just looking for some delicious recipes, I highly recommend this cookbook!
