After trying two other safes that neither were "right" for storing medications to keep out of reach of loved one with dementia, I finally found this one! It is perfect-super easy to set code / open and close and heavy enough to let me know it is sturdy!

This is a nice basic safe for home use. My only real gripe (this would be the same criticism for any safe) is that the holes predrilled are not optimally drilled for for installation. To remedy, I would suggest that you let potential owners know that they may need special drill bit extensions to properly install this product. I got the safe in finally, but I stripped the screws. Going to be hard to remove the safe and take it with me if I choose to leave this home. Other than this, it’s a good basic safe and I’m happy with my purchase. Thank you.

This is a great budget safe/lockbox for keeping valuables organized and away from wandering eyes. Easy to set up, able to be bolted into the wall, and I have had no issues with the passcode. I tried to mess with the lock for about 45 minutes when I first got it to see if I could pop it open, but it seems fairly sturdy and the door can't be wedged open. The wall-bolt system obviously needs to be put into a sturdy stud or concrete/brick, or you can just pull it out of the wall, but it seems fairly sturdy. Overall, no qualms with the safe. Anyone expecting this safe to be completely fireproof/waterproof and impenetrable has unrealistic expectations. You will need to expand your price range more than 3-fold to find anything like that. For what this safe is, it's a great value and a good way to keep valuables/private items from laying around in the open!

I love my little safe but this time the batteries got low I changed them out but I can’t seem to reset the code so I’m having to use my key …. If anyone know how to reset my code let me know please

It pained me to feel the need to buy this but I couldn't have our medications going missing any longer. I was pretty happy to find that the compartment was much larger than I expected. I was able to fit a lot of pill bottles inside plus extras such as prescriptions and my daughter's confiscated phone. It will most likely even fit her Switch inside if it has to be taken away. Setting up everything was pretty easy. I tried doing it sans instructions at first but needed to do a quick read of them after not realizing that the reset button is on the inside of the battery pack. Thankfully it's simple to quickly get in and out of the safe for the user. Think was especially important for me because we have little time in the morning to fool around. I'm confident that it's going to keep the pill thiefs out of our prescription medicines. Give it a shot!

I originally purchased a small Sentry Safe from Walmart. I had it awhile and it worked OK but the battery went dead before I could change them out. Unfortunately, I misplaced the keys so the safe was useless. I looked online or another small safe and found this one. I liked this particular safe because of the size. Most of the other ones were too small. I don't think I could've put my handgun in them. This safe is small but not too small. (If you order this safe and it feels pretty light, please note that it's not fireproof.) This safe certainly meets my need...I keep my handgun in it as well as prescription pills, important papers that don't need to be in a safe deposit box but do need to be protected. Bolts are also provided in case you want to bolt the safe down. I am certainly recommending this safe to my friends and family if they are looking for a small safe.

I was looking for a small safe for a bookshelf, I've had a little problem with petty cash being taken from envelopes in my desk drawer. I bought about the least expensive combo-type safe I could find on Amazon, really just to send a message to whomever was pilfering. OK, it gets the job done, the cash is locked up and the message is clear. Batteries are included, as well as two keys to open the safe if the batteries have failed, setting the combination was a snap and so is opening the safe, I really like all that, 5 stars. It may look imposing in photos but it's not, it's more like a child's toy. The handle is plastic and jiggles back and forth, the box walls could be smashed with a hammer and I think a strong human with a big screwdriver could force the door open. If you don't need to lock up anything really important, this will be a very good value for the money. Definitely don't think of it as a handgun safe.

Compré esta caja fuerte porque necesitaba algo pequeño pero fiable para guardar objetos de valor en mi casa de campo. Este modelo me ha encajado perfectamente: ofrece un nivel de seguridad suficiente para mis necesidades.
